• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Credits and Payments

Our pricing structure:

• $2.99 = 10 credits
• 1 credit = 1 image generation
• 3 free credits provided upon signup
• Credits do not expire
• Downloads are unlimited and free
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• No refunds for purchased credits unless required by law

5. User Content and Conduct

You agree not to upload or generate content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains explicit, offensive, or harmful material
• Depicts minors in inappropriate contexts
• Impersonates others without permission

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all rights to the images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a temporary license to process your images for generation purposes only.

Generated Images: You own the generated images created using our service and may use them for personal or commercial purposes.

Service Content: All service design, logos, and branding remain the property of HolidayAI.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

HolidayAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
